  • If you purchase a one-time service such as a workout plan or nutrition consultation and are dissatisfied with the content or experience, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the service was not used or consumed, we may offer a full refund.
  • If you’ve started using the content (such as downloading plans or attending sessions), we may not be able to process a full refund, but we can offer alternatives or partial compensation depending on the situation.

 

Non-Refundable Services

  • Some services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
  • Subscription renewals or ongoing plans that have been active for more than 7 days.
  • Digital products (like workout videos or ebooks) once they have been accessed or downloaded.
