Refund Policy for Subscription Plans
- Once a subscription to our online
services (including personal training, group classes, or on-demand
programs) is activated, refunds are generally not offered. However, we
understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are willing to
review each case individually.
- You may request a refund within 7
days from the date of the first payment if you have not yet used
the services.
- After the 7-day period, we are unable to
offer a refund, as services are immediately available upon payment.
- Partial Refunds may be
considered if you have used the services for a limited time or if your
subscription has technical issues.
- If you subscribed to a free trial or
discounted introductory offer, you may cancel before the trial ends to
avoid being charged. If you decide to cancel within the trial period and
have already been charged, you may be eligible for a refund based on our
discretion.
Refunds for One-Time Purchases (e.g., Workout Plans or
Nutrition Consultations)
- If you purchase a one-time service such
as a workout plan or nutrition consultation and are dissatisfied with the
content or experience, please contact our support team within 7
days of your purchase.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis. If the service was not used or consumed, we may offer
a full refund.
- If you’ve started using the content (such
as downloading plans or attending sessions), we may not be able to process
a full refund, but we can offer alternatives or partial compensation
depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Services
- Some services are non-refundable,
including but not limited to:
- Subscription renewals or ongoing plans
that have been active for more than 7 days.
- Digital products (like workout videos or
ebooks) once they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
